Credit and purchase details

Sending uses one credit, even if the request is later declined, voided, or expires. Reminders use no additional credit. Custom prepaid quantities from 5 to 10,000 use the applicable volume rate. Monthly credits do not roll over; cancelling renewal keeps your current allowance available through the paid period. See our Terms of Use.
